Joyetech.us offers a 90-day warranty on all products directly purchased from their official online store, excluding consumables and rebuildable products. To obtain warranty services, customers need to contact their Customer Service by email with a description of the problem along with the order ID number. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Replacements will only be shipped after the defective product is returned with an approved RMA. The customer is responsible for the costs of shipping to and from international addresses for returns, repairs, and exchanges. The warranty does not cover clearance products and consumable items including mouthpieces, cartridges, atomizers, coils, RBA, lanyards, and leather cases.
Customers may return their order within 30 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging for a refund. All cartridges, atomizers, e-liquids, coils, RBA, and clearance items are final sale and are not covered by the 30-day return policy and warranty.
As for the shipping policy, all shipments have a processing time of 24 hours for express orders and 48 hours for regular orders, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. The daily shipping cutoff time for express orders is at 3PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) and 4PM PST for regular orders. Due to PACT Act regulations, all packages will require Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery with I.D. check. The shipping carrier has 3 attempts for delivery, so someone should be available to sign the package.
